Scientific and Engineering Simulation is a newly established department with an aim to develop human resources with a strong knowledge of computer science. The program is founded on a combination of knowledge from two different fields of study in engineering -- computer simulation and the network system.

Our goal is to create a new technology using computer performance in areas such as calculation, search, presentation, and communication, together with engineering knowledge from different fields of study, so that complicated problems that were never even imaginable could be solved, expanding the horizon of knowledge beyond previous experiences.

This department includes three programs: Computer Science and System Engineering, Simulation in Civil Engineering and Architectural Systems, and Computational Applied Sciences. Students can learn not only the basics and simulation techniques of each program, but are also expected to be able to apply this knowledge in solving a broader range of real-world problems.
